What is AI Human Workforce?
AI Human Workforce is a planned subscription service from Eagle888 AI Human Pty Ltd that will provide businesses with configured AI-powered digital workers designed to perform defined professional and operational functions within controlled roles, permissions, and reporting arrangements.
Pre-launch status: AI Human Workforce is presented for information and Stage 1 website review only. It is not yet operationally launched and will remain Coming Soon until separate human launch approval is granted.
Unlike a one-off chatbot interaction, an AI Human is designed to operate as a persistent digital workforce service with an assigned role, authorised workspace, operating context, task history, and defined human oversight after launch and onboarding.
What Your Subscription Is Designed to Provide
- AI Human Identity — A configured digital workforce persona assigned to the Subscriber.
- Defined Role — A documented role, permitted functions, and operating boundaries.
- Reporting Manager Relationship — A real human Reporting Manager appointed by the Subscriber to provide instructions, review material outputs, and validate delivery before use.
- Private Workspace — An authorised subscriber environment for permitted information, tasks, records and outputs.
- Credit Allocation — Service-consumption credits according to the selected subscription tier.
- Specialist Capabilities — Access to approved AI capabilities and specialist resources appropriate to the assigned work.
- Task and Activity Records — Records designed to support traceability, quality review and performance monitoring.
- Lifecycle Controls — Onboarding, operation, upgrades, cancellation, export and closure of the service after launch.
Role of the Reporting Manager
Each AI Human Workforce subscription must have a real human Reporting Manager appointed by the Subscriber. The Reporting Manager is the authorised human contact responsible for providing or approving operating instructions, setting business context and supervising the use of the subscribed AI Human.
AI Human systems can make mistakes, misunderstand instructions, omit relevant information, or generate inaccurate or incomplete content. Before any material AI-generated output is relied upon, implemented, transmitted externally or used for a business decision, the Reporting Manager must review and validate the delivery for the Subscriber’s intended use.
Eagle888 AI Human Pty Ltd operates globally and cannot reasonably have a real-human representative personally validate every individual AI Human response before delivery. Human validation by the Subscriber’s appointed Reporting Manager is therefore an essential part of the AI Human Workforce operating model.
Digital Workforce – Not a Human Employment Arrangement
AI Human Workforce is supplied as an artificial-intelligence software and digital service. An AI Human is not a real human being, natural person, employee, migrant worker or individual contractor, and the subscription does not itself create an employer–employee relationship between the Subscriber and the AI persona.
Because the AI Human is software, and NOT a natural person, human immigration permissions, work visas and personal work permits do not apply to the AI persona in the same way they apply to human workers. Subscribers remain responsible for laws, regulations and sector-specific requirements that apply to their own use of AI and digital services in each jurisdiction.
How AI Human Work is Performed
After separate launch approval and onboarding, the subscribed AI Human is designed to receive authorised tasks and information from the Subscriber and perform work within its defined role, permissions, available credits and operating instructions. Tasks may be divided into appropriate work steps and routed through approved AI capabilities according to the nature, complexity and risk of the assignment.
- Receive — The AI Human receives an authorised task, instruction, document or permitted business input.
- Understand — The task is interpreted in the context of the AI Human’s assigned role and Subscriber requirements.
- Classify — The work is assessed for scope, complexity, confidentiality, risk and required authority.
- Execute — Approved AI capabilities perform the permitted work and prepare the output.
- Quality Review — The output is checked for accuracy, completeness, consistency, scope and relevant risk.
- Human Validation — Material outputs are provided to the Subscriber’s Reporting Manager for review and validation before use.
- Record — Task activity, credits, revisions, delivery and relevant performance information are recorded for traceability.
Security, Privacy and Subscriber Isolation
AI Human Workforce is designed around subscriber separation, controlled access and traceable operation. Security and privacy controls are implemented and represented publicly only where they have been configured, tested and verified.
- Subscriber Isolation — Subscriber information, tasks, workspaces and records are designed to remain associated with the authorised Subscriber environment.
- Role-Based Access — Access is limited according to authorised roles, permissions and operating responsibilities.
- Confidentiality Controls — Information is handled according to its sensitivity, permitted use and the Subscriber’s approved instructions.
- Secure Credentials — Production credentials and service secrets are intended to be held through controlled secret-management systems rather than exposed in website pages or source code.
- Traceability and Audit Records — Material task activity, approvals, revisions, and relevant system actions are designed to be recorded for review and accountability.
- Risk Escalation — Suspicious, prohibited, high-risk, or authority-sensitive activity is designed to be stopped or escalated for appropriate human review.
No security, privacy or compliance control is represented as guaranteed or absolute. Public claims are updated as implementation and testing provide supporting evidence.
Credits, Performance and Service Monitoring
AI Human Workforce uses a credit-based service model. Credits measure service consumption rather than labour hours and help the Subscriber understand usage, workload and the cost of the subscribed AI Human service.
- Credit Usage — Credits are consumed according to the type, complexity and service requirements of the work performed.
- Usage Visibility — The Subscriber is intended to be able to review available credits and relevant usage records.
- Task Performance — Completed work, revisions, delivery time, quality outcomes and relevant service activity can be monitored.
- Quality Review — Outputs may be assessed for accuracy, completeness, logic, scope, usefulness and relevant legal, privacy, ethical and security risks.
- Service Improvement — Operational results, failures, customer feedback and performance information may be used to improve approved processes, controls, and service quality.
- Cost Control — Model and service costs are monitored to support sustainable subscription pricing and responsible resource use.
Credits do not represent guaranteed labour hours, and service performance may vary according to the nature, complexity, risk, and information requirements of each task.
Subscription Lifecycle, Changes and Cancellation
AI Human Workforce is designed to support the complete subscription lifecycle from activation through ongoing service, changes, cancellation and closure after launch approval.
- Activation — The subscribed AI Human is configured and activated after separate human launch approval and the required onboarding information, service acceptance and payment have been completed.
- Ongoing Operation — The AI Human continues to operate within the selected tier, authorised role, available credits, and Subscriber instructions.
- Upgrades — A Subscriber may move to a higher tier, subject to the applicable pricing and billing rules.
- Downgrades — A lower tier may take effect from the next applicable renewal period.
- Cancellation — Cancellation takes effect in accordance with the applicable subscription terms and billing cycle.
- Data Export — Where applicable, the Subscriber may request export of permitted service records or outputs before closure.
- Revocation and Closure — Access, credentials, and active service permissions are revoked when the subscription ends.
- Retention and Deletion — Operational data is retained, deleted, or de-identified according to the applicable service, legal, and records-retention requirements.
Tier 0 is a defined two-month evaluation, billed at A$10/month for 2 months — A$20 total. It does not automatically convert into another paid tier unless the Subscriber actively selects a further service.
